Each item in the gift shop is thoughtfully designed and made to order, featuring custom-printed patterns and handmade details. Because of the unique, made-to-order nature of my products, all sales are final and are not eligible for return.

Please double-check all order details, including sizing, personalization, and shipping info, before placing your order.

However, if your item arrives damaged or if there’s a unique issue with your order, I’m here to help. Please email the shop within 5 days of delivery at katielyndesigns@gmail.com, and I’ll be happy to work with you to find a solution.

Your items will ship within the timeline listed on the product description in the shop page. As a small artisan business, we ship through USPS and cannot guarantee their shipping time frames.

Live plants should not be left in the shipping box for an extended period of time after delivery. We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks prior to your event for a bulk orders, although I will do our best to accommodate all requests.

Yes, I love to help you celebrate! Unless otherwise noted on specific items, you can select a gift wrap option at checkout.

Your package will arrive in a kraft board box or bag, twined with a bow.

*NOTE: All silk scarves are printed through a production partner, Art of Where, and will ship directly from their printing facility. They are not eligible for gift wrapping at this time.

I do not currently ship my products internationally, but if you have a special request, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Oh no! I work very hard to ensure that all items arrive in beautiful condition. However, if your item has been damaged in transit, please email me at katielyndesigns.com with a photo of your item. I will be happy to work together to make things right.

I hand-select the healthiest and most vibrant plants for shipping. However, if you are not completely happy with the health and vitality of your air plants, I will replace them at no cost to you.

Please notify me via email within 5 days of receiving your order, and I will ship replacements after receiving pictures of your plants. You will not be charged for any shipping charges for the replacement.

Pro Tip! Try to be available to receive your plants upon delivery. The shop cannot be held liable for plants that have been left in shipping boxes or exposed to harsh conditions. There are heat packs and shipping upgrades available to ensure a smooth delivery!

Welcome to the almost effortless world of Air Plants! Each plant comes with a detailed care instruction card to help those who are new to plants, but the steps are really very simple.

Tillandsia air plants are wonderfully low-maintenance. They don't need soil to grow & they can flourish in many different environments. They only require a moderate amount of light and watering about once per week.
