Each item in the gift shop is thoughtfully designed and made to order, featuring custom-printed patterns and handmade details. Because of the unique, made-to-order nature of my products, all sales are final and are not eligible for return.

Please double-check all order details, including sizing, personalization, and shipping info, before placing your order.

However, if your item arrives damaged or if there’s a unique issue with your order, I’m here to help. Please email the shop within 5 days of delivery at katielyndesigns@gmail.com, and I’ll be happy to work with you to find a solution.

Your items will ship within the timeline listed on the product description in the shop page. As a small artisan business, we ship through USPS and cannot guarantee their shipping time frames.
