
RETURN POLICY
OVERVIEW:
Each item in my shop is thoughtfully designed and made to order, featuring custom-printed patterns and handmade details. Because of the unique, made-to-order nature of my products, all sales are final and are not eligible for return.
Please double-check all order details, including sizing, personalization, and shipping info, before placing your order.
However, if your item arrives damaged or if there’s a unique issue with your order, I’m here to help. Please email the shop within 5 days of delivery at katielyndesigns@gmail.com, and I’ll be happy to work with you to find a solution.

LIVE AIR PLANT POLICY:
I hand-select the healthiest and most vibrant plants for shipping. However, if you are not completely happy with the health and vitality of your air plants, I will replace them at no cost to you.
Please notify me via email within 5 days of receiving your order, and I will ship replacements after receiving pictures of your plants. You will not be charged for any shipping charges for the replacement.
Pro Tip! Try to be available to receive your plants upon delivery. The shop cannot be held liable for plants that have been left in shipping boxes and exposed to harsh conditions.
PRINT-ON-DEMAND POLICY: SPOONFLOWER AND OTHER PRINT-ON-DEMAND SERVICES
I am happy to collaborate on any Spoonflower resizing and recoloring requests before your order is placed. You can submit the request through my resizing form and I will reach out to follow up on your resizing.
However, once your order is placed within the Spoonflower platform, your order is subject to their shipping and return policies, as outlined here: https://support.spoonflower.com/hc/en-us/articles/204444690-Returns-and-Exchanges. All Spoonflower sales are final, but if you notice a flaw in your print or your order arrives damaged, you will need to contact Spoonflower support within 30 days.
I also work with other select production partners for items featuring my original patterns (like the silk scarf collection) in the gift shop. All custom-made items will be noted in the respective product listings. Once your custom item is in production, your purchase will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
